Since the March launch of the AHCA/NCAL COVID-19 Honors Program, nearly 300 facilities have participated in the program to recognize their incredible staff. The past year has presented unimaginable challenges in the long term care community. Despite this, staff members across the country have shown incredible determination and dedication to the residents they care for every day.
