An Air Force One commander. A futurist helping global companies put AI to work. A leading authority on the future of work. Across three days, their stories and expertise will challenge you to rethink how you make decisions under pressure, where technology can create real value, and how you guide your organization through change.

On September 11, 2001, he was at the controls of Air Force One, protecting the president and keeping him connected to the nation’s first responders. Two years later, Tillman became the first pilot to fly the Commander in Chief into a war zone when he personally planned and carried out the secret mission that took President George W. Bush into Baghdad to share Thanksgiving dinner with U.S. troops. Tillman received the Distinguished Flying Cross in 2004. An engaging storyteller, he takes audiences behind the scenes of these historic missions. His Zero Fail Mission shows how detailed planning, measurable expectations, and personal responsibility help leaders perform when the stakes are highest.
