Steven started with The Springs Living in 2011 as a Director of Health Services before moving into the role of regional nurse in 2014 and Regional Director of Health Services in 2019. Steven is instrumental in providing on site community support, identifying system improvement opportunities, and providing training to community teams. He identifies best practices, sets standards and shares knowledge for consistent high quality outcomes. Sometimes referred to as a road warrior, Steven would travel to a community and serve as the nurse in charge for weeks on end. Wherever Steven is, he brings his witty nature to solving complex problems, offering a beautiful blend of professional expertise and the ability to have a little fun along the way. His dedication to his residents throughout the years and during the pandemic has been extraordinary. He is a true healthcare hero.
