AHCA has posted its annual members-only update file, CY 2026 Medicare Part B Fee Schedule for Outpatient Rehabilitation. With the support of Tony Marshall, this tool has been calculated based upon the CY 2026 Physician Fee Schedule final rule published in the Federal Register on November 5, 2025, as modified temporarily by the Section 6207 of Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 (H.R.5371), enacted on November 12, 2025. These rates are effective for dates of service beginning January 1, 2026. IMPACT of Continuing Resolution on Rates after January 31, 2026
Please note that these rate tables reflect a temporary extension of the 1.0 percent work GPCI floor that was included in Section 6207 of the Appropriations Act mentioned above. If Congress does not act to extend the 1.0 percent work floor by January 31, CMS will need to publish updated rate tables. If this does occur, AHCA will update our member resource tables at that time.
