WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) has been honored with two bronze and two gold awards for video production in the 45th Annual Telly Awards. The Telly Awards honors excellence in video and television across all screens and is judged by leaders from video platforms, television, streaming networks, and production companies.
The award-winning videos include:
- AHCA Perspectives: Living Our Values Parts 1 & 2 – Bronze award in Campaign, Not-For-Profit category in collaboration with Henderson Creative. Hebrew Home of Greater Washington and Charles E. Smith Life Communities have been nurturing and caring for older adults in the Jewish community and beyond for more than a century. This two-part video series highlights how they live out their values each day. (Part 2 is available here.)
- A Day in the Life – Clinical Team Manager – Bronze award in Non-Broadcast, Workplace Culture category in collaboration with Henderson Creative. Meet Esther Morrison, Clinical Team Manager at Charles E. Smith Life Communities and learn about her dedication to her work, her residents, and her team.
- Heritage Pointe Dragonflies: Aging Magnificently – Gold award in Non-Broadcast, Public Relations category in collaboration with director Brian Morrison. The National Center for Assisted Living showcases the hard work, dedication, and fun had by the world champion Heritage Pointe Senior Living Dragonflies as part of the Spark Performance League by Lifespark, a complete senior health company. The video was the sole Gold Award recipient in this category.
- Purpose and Honor: Awakenings – Gold award in Non-Broadcast, Not-For-Profit category in collaboration with director Brian Morrison. The National Center for Assisted Living showcases Ecumen Lakeview Commons as it highlights Ecumen's award-winning memory care program, Awakenings, and how it creates a sense of purpose and belonging for residents and their families.

Established in 1979, The Telly Awards had a record-breaking year with nearly 13,000 entries from across the globe and top video and television producers. Entrants are judged by The Telly Awards Judging Council, a diverse judging body of over 200 executives from television networks, production companies, global agencies, immersive content studios, and streaming platforms around the world.
