The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is pleased to announce the opportunity for Bronze and Silver recipients in their last year of the
Renewal Policy to continue to remain active for one additional year by submitting a Silver or Gold Self-Assessment for the 2023 award cycle instead of submitting an application.
Take these simple steps:
- Active Bronze recipients must download and submit a Silver Self-Assessment by January 26, 2023, at 8 pm EST
- Active Silver recipients must download and submit a Gold Self-Assessment by January 26, 2023, at 8 pm EST
There is no cost to the applicant for the submission of a self-assessment. However, to remain active for an additional year, the applicant must submit a completed self-assessment along with an action plan to fill identified gaps by the deadline above.
If an active recipient in their third year would like to participate in the 2023 award cycle by applying as normal, they can do so. In this case, applicants should be sure to visit our
website to start their 2023 application.
