Assisted Living providers, it’s time to contribute to the annual Assisted Living Salary & Benefits Study conducted by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service. This study, supported by NCAL, gathers essential data on salaries, wages, and benefits for the Assisted Living industry.
By participating, you not only help create a comprehensive report, but you gain access to valuable insights at a reduced rate. Participants can purchase the results for just $200, while nonparticipants will pay $400. Last year’s report included data from over 960 ALFs/RCFs/PCFs nationwide. Data will be reported by region, state, CBSA, revenue size, profit type, and bed-size. Information on eighteen fringe benefits, shift differentials, turnover rates, sign-on bonuses, and other facility/staffing metrics will also be included.
Results of the study will be published in January 2025 and will be available for purchase at AHCAPublications.org.
