The Vision Centre, which AHCA/NCAL supports, is a nonprofit organization focused on connecting universities and providers for aging services leadership. One of their goals is to foster and grow sustainable academic programs in aging service leadership across the country. They are working on producing an up-to-date report on the challenges and opportunities of the growing need for leaders in the long term care field. To that end, they would like to collect some current information to better understand leadership retention trends in the field today.
Vision Centre is requesting that practicing administrators or executive directors complete this brief voluntary survey. It only takes between 5-10 minutes to complete, and you are free to skip questions you don’t want to answer No identifying information that will be used for analyzing the results.
All surveys must be completed by Monday, March 30.
