The final submission date for the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Quality Reporting Programs is August 15, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.. The Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment data and data submitted to CMS via the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) for January 1 – March 31 (Q1) of calendar year (CY) 2022 are due by the August deadline.

To ensure that all required data has been submitted, it is recommended that providers run applicable CASPER/iQIES/NHSN analysis reports prior to each quarterly reporting deadline.
